LAVA Agni 5G, the Indian 5G smartphone launched with Dimensity 810

Today LAVA, our Indian brand came up with a 5G smartphone named Agni, which is actually beating the smartphones which are currently available in the Indian smartphone market. With great specs, this is the first time I can really say LAVA Agni has done a great job compared to the LAVA Z series & the Micromax In series. So here is the LAVA Agni 5G, the Indian 5G Smartphone launched with Dimensity 810.

Performance

LAVA Agni 5G is a mid-range smartphone with a famous and efficient Mediatek 810 processor in this range, based on 6nm technology with two Cortex-A76 cores and six A55 and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. And I am telling you, not only the benchmarks the performance is really impressive. This is a 5G processor, so officially LAVA Agni 5G is the Indian 5G smartphone, totally build and made in India. Along with the processor this smartphone is packed with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is well enough to handle any heavy game, and day to day tasks. Thumbs up to LAVA for that.

Battery plays an important role in the performance of a smartphone, because it gives the power to allow all the internals to be efficient. LAVA Agni 5G has a huge 5000 mAh battery, so no worry about charging multiples times a day. Lastly the cherry on the cake is LAVA Agni 5G use the stock Android, no bloatware, ads only clean android so from every aspect this smartphone is proving itself.

LAVA Agni 5G has a polycarbonate body with the dimension of 168.8 mm * 76.8 mm * 9.1 mm and It weighs 204gm, which is okay. Other than that LAVA Agni 5G has a 6.78″, Punch hole, FHD+ IPS Display with a 2.5D Curved Screen. The punch hole is in the middle which is again not a problem. Other than that the screen refresh rate is 90Hz, which is also okay in this price range, It is not a big deal.

As the name suggests, LAVA Agni 5G is India’s first made-in-India 5G smartphone. And it has 5 5G bands 5G NSA: N41 / N77 / N78 SA: N41 / N78. Whenever India will be 5G friendly, there will be no problem for sure. Lastly, it supports dual 5G sim simultaneously at the same time.

LAVA Agni 5G launched with a 64MP main rear camera, along with a 5MP wide-angle camera ( 115 degrees) and two name-only sensors. The dual-LED flash definitely a good idea by LAVA. On the front, there is a 16MP camera, which can record up to HD videos. The rear camera can shoot up to 1080p@60fps. Some common camera features like, Ultra HD Mode, Super Night Shot, GIF Mode, AI mode, Beauty Mode, Macro mode, Pro Mode, HDR Mode, Portrait Mode, Slow motion, Timelapse, Filters, also available there.

There is a physical side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the power button, which is very responsive. LAVA Agni 5G also supports fast-charging up to 30W, no worry you will definitely get a power brick in the retail package. Other than that there is USB type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.1, and yes LAVA Agni 5G has a 3.5mm audio jack. Conclusion

I think this is just a start for the Indian brands, honestly speaking all the previous smartphones launched by LAVA, Micromax is good, but they somewhere lagging in a few areas.
